DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

All VIS fiberglass body kits, bumpers, lips, side skirts, spoilers, and hoods are made of high-quality fiberglass and come with wire mesh if applicable. Professional installation is required. Modification of part is crucial to ensure proper fitment. Please keep in mind that aftermarket parts do not have the same fitment as OEM factory parts. Test fit all body kit parts before any modification or painting (any altering will void returns/exchanges/warranties). Accessories such as fog lights, driving lights, splitters, canards, add-on lips, intake scoops, or other enhancement products are not included, unless specified in the product description.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

All fiberglass parts require test fitment before prepping, priming, and painting. Such professional prep work is required for all fiberglass parts. All aftermarket parts require professional installation. Adjustment of latches, hooks, and brackets is sometimes necessary to ensure a "factory like" fit. These are normal body work and installation steps for all products sold, and additional fiberglass work may be necessary, since these are aftermarket parts, and are no way sold or represented as OEM (Original Equipment Market) products. If there are small gaps or trimming that needs to be done prior to painting, this is not considered to be defective, and this is not uncommon with any aftermarket fiberglass companies and their products. Bodywork performed should not be by just any body/collision shop, but the shop should be familiar and skilled in fiberglass aftermarket products. Very Nice Body Kit

This is a very nice body kit. When you drive down the street people look at it all the time and smile. I would recommend this every time.

High Quality Few Flaws

This body kit for my Mazda RX8 was judged to be of superior quality by my body shop. The process of evaluating the body kit revealed very few flaws and pinholes usually associated with lesser quality products. My body man expressed his gratitude to me for purchasing a kit that required less work for him to prepare and install than others he had installed in the past. The reduced preparation time involved in installing this body kit saved me money and it took primer and paint very well. In the end my car looks like it came from the factory with this kit installed. My body shop "The Color Works" is world renowned for its high quality restorations and repairs. If they say this kit is good. You can take that to the bank.

The body kit looks amazing the selection was to good to be true and when I was on hold for a short time I enjoyed there waiting style they had. Body Kit

VIS Racing® 99VWJET4DTT-099 - Titan Style Fiberglass Body Kit (Unpainted)

There is no doubt that they say get a professional and they mean it their is absolutely no mounting pieces molded in you are starting from scratch. All you get is the beauty on the outside but no substance. I will be doing this myself but I know I am in for the long haul. The price is cheap but the overall project may cost thousand just a tube of automotive adhesive is 50 bucks and I may have to use a lot. The kit I think looks cool just as in the pictures the only thing I don't like is they install an aluminum mesh in the air ports which is distorted between manufacturing shipping and unpacking I doubt I will be able to straighten. They should package these separately so no damage occurs I can't wait to see how this turns out good or bad it is up to me as the installer from this point. I saw a YouTube review of a guy using various things to demolish his kit. It appeared to me he ignored the warnings on the product and bought it anyway so if you don't have big cash or the will to see it through you will be very disappointed.

The body kit looks great! It makes my car different from other S2000's and that was my goal. Installation was a little tricky but the finished product looks great.

The side skirts somehow are not fit with my car, and the back bumper is too.

Does Not Fit

The product looks good quality of material is good, installation the back bumper did not fit at all my body guy had to merge the old bumper with the new side skirts did not fit ether had to work them in to the car. Front bumper was miss align to did not fit properly. Over all is over priced because of all the work that goes into fitting it in the car.

Awesome!!!!

First off....I will come back to these guys with everything I need for my Acura. I ordered this body kit to not only replace current body damage but to also change the design look of the car. It worked perfectly! I am now going to get the whole car repainted from the factory heather mist color, to a Metallic Blue Metal Flake. When I ordered this kit, I also ordered the front fenders and hood. My car is now something I am proud of!!!

What I Expected

The body kit came in one huge box, but everything was well bubble wrapped and was carefully handled no dents or scratches will order from CARiD.com again and will recommend to others.
