Plug and Play: SL3U provides a direct Plug-and-Play connection to your Toyota/Lexus OEM audio system. SL3U supports vehicles whether they are equipped with Navigation System or not.

Though VAIS manufacturing process is air-tight, they want you to rest easy knowing if an issue should arise, they’ve got you covered. VAIS guarantees their products to be free of manufacturing defects for 12 months of use. If you purchased a VAIS product and believe your product is defective:

1. Have the original proof of purchase on hand. Why is this important? Because VAIS can’t warranty a product if they can’t verify that you were the original purchaser.
2. During the inspection, VAIS will verify that the product is free of defect due to negligence, unauthorized repair, disassembly, or any use or handling in an unauthorized way.
3. If the product is deemed to have a manufacturing defect, VAIS will repair or replace the product at their option, and at no cost to you.

It is up to VAIS to determine, through their sole discretion, if the product is defective in materials or workmanship. Warranties are non-transferrable and terms are subject to change.

This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied. It includes the replacement of the failed component. It does not include installation labor, nor does it cover any consequential damages caused by loss of use of the vehicle or failure of the component. VAIS’ maximum liability under this agreement shall not, in any case, exceed the price of the product claimed to be defective.
