Double-sided adhesive tape strips are included for fully securing the visors within the window channels once they’re pressed into place. In this application, the adhesive tape makes no contact with any exterior surfaces - painted, or otherwise. Windows roll up inside the visors when fully closed. When you leave your vehicle unattended, the visors’ dark smoke tint does a great job concealing windows left partially open for ventilation. Should you later need to remove these visor pieces for any reason, the process will be easy without any permanent effects.
