Drilling Required
Bought because it says drilling is not required. This is not quite true. You do have to at least file two of the existing holes larger in order to get the mounting hardware inside. Other than that, it's a good hitch. It's low profile and looks nice. It also exceeds the CR-V's towing capacity and maximum tongue weight capacity by 2 times, so it's easily stronger than needed.

Outperforms the competition, so just buy it!
I love Permatex products coz they’re professional-grade and perform superbly. This anti-seize is definitely a must-use! It spreads perfectly, so you don’t have to use a lot of it to get things lubricated. I use it for my spark plugs, exhaust system joints and clamps, and even outdoor fasteners. Well, you can use it for everything that’s exposed to corrosion.

Should Be a 'Staple' In Your Garage
Having extra lube like Permatex® 85188 is a good thing to have so you can lube the caliper slide pins any time you change the brakes (just pull the slide pin out of the rubber boots/guide bushing, put a good coat of lube on the pin and reinsert, don't be afraid:). Also any moving or contact spots. You should keep some at all times if you are a casual DIY'er.
