On the rear peddlers heavy duty lifted coil spring for 2006 charger rt does the spring install with the compressed side of the spring to the bottom and the way the picture shows the spring is in the upright position

This is a lift kit ? It doesn't say how much lift it provides compared stock springs. 1" or 3" or ?"
