Warranty

M7 Tuning/M7 Speed hereby warrants its product to the original purchaser thereof against any and all defects in workmanship and material under the following terms and conditions.

The limited warranty is specifically limited to the original purchaser of the products and is enforceable only by such original purchaser. In the event of a defect in workmanship or material of the products, the warrantor will repair or replace the product, or any defective part or parts thereof, at the election of the warrantor, without charge to the consumer for such repair or replacement. This limited warranty shall not apply to material or incidental expenses in connection with removal and/or replacement of such defective product on the consumer’s vehicle. This limited warranty shall extend for a period of ninety (90) days, commencing from the date of the original purchase by the consumer. The only exception to this limited term is for M7 Tuning/M7 Speed Tegris Splitters, which have a limited lifetime warranty (does not include ancillary components).

This warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, improper installation, alteration, modification, impact, or accident. Normal wear shall not be considered a defect under this warranty. This warranty specifically excludes impact damage, damage to powdercoated items and UV damage to carbon fiber parts.

M7 Tuning/M7 Speed products are designed to be used with OEM product and other M7 Tuning/M7 Speed products. M7 Tuning/M7 Speed does not warranty its product for fitment with aftermarket product from other manufacturers.

The purchaser understands and recognizes that racing parts, aftermarket automotive parts, aftermarket automotive accessories and equipment manufactured by and/or sold by M7 Tuning/M7 Speed, are subject to varied conditions due to the manner, in which they are to be installed and used. The acceptability and suitability of any part sold or manufactured by M7 Tuning/M7 Speed for a particular application is solely the purchaser's decision. M7 Tuning/M7 Speed makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, or written; there is no warranty of merchantability. The right to make changes in the design or improve its product without incurring any obligation to install the same on products previously manufactured is expressly reserved. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold seller harmless from any claim, action, or demand arising out of or incident to buyer's installation or use of products purchased from M7 Tuning/M7 Speed.

Products sold but not manufactured by M7 Tuning/M7 Speed will carry the original manufacturer’s warranty, and that manufacturer will service the product directly according to the terms and conditions stated by the manufacturer.
