Warranty

Since 1970, KC has been designing, engineering and manufacturing products to the highest standards possible to ensure you receive a quality product. KC is proud and confident that you will see the difference in KC’s product quality, but on the rare occasion that one of KC products is defective, all of KC products qualify for a 23-year warranty.

KC warrants that if you purchase one of KC products and KC determines that it has a manufacturing defect in material, electronics and/or workmanship, KC will repair or replace it. Products are returned to KC for inspection by its Warranty Department. After inspection, KC will verify that the defect was not caused by negligence, abuse, unauthorized repair or disassembly, and, at KC’s sole discretion, confirm whether the product qualifies to be repaired or replaced under KC’s 23-year warranty.
