Surround and protect your shock absorber from internal damage due to permeation from grit and corrosive grime with this polyurethane sleeve that mounts around your shock, then secures easily with tie straps to provide a tight seal. Ribbed polyurethane construction offers the flexibility of rubber with a much higher level of resistance to damage, cracking, and degrading when exposed to the harshest oily contaminants or rock hits.

Polyurethane Full Size Shock Boots from Daystar offer you upgraded protection for shock absorbers that will last longer and hold up better under extreme temperatures than typical rubber protective boots can. Shock absorbers are exposed to an endless assortment of debris, grit, fluid leaks from other areas of the vehicle, salt slush, and oily contaminants found on road surfaces everywhere. This takes its toll on shock absorbers as contaminants work their way down the center shaft into internal chambers when the shock articulates up and down - causing life-shortening abrasive wear.
Durable polyurethane provides a flexible outer boot surface that will not chip, dent, crack or warp the way lesser plastics or rubber typically do when exposed to the same harsh rock hits, road grime, and salt that are harmful to the shock absorbers themselves. Polyurethane also offers the ability to perform extremely well under extreme temperatures and stand up to any vehicle oils or fluids that may leak onto them. The boots are available in black, or a variety of color choices to add visual interest to the underside of your vehicle.
