Bestop running boards are created to be in a class of their own. They are electrically powered, extending when the doors open and closing down when the doors shut. Such components are designed to help you and your passengers to enter and exit your pickup truck or SUV. They will not give in to hundreds and hundreds of pounds of weight, being strong enough to support several people up on top. Bestop steps and accessories are also ideal for all those who need to get into the bed or up onto the rooftop quite often, all in order to put up or down various hardware, baggage, tools, and so on.
Named the Powerboard, the brand’s automatic boards extend from down under and then hide stealthily underneath the vehicle in just four seconds. They drop below by about 6” and out by 2”, all in order to offer solid footing. These components work for front and rear doors on both sides of the vehicle. The kit includes two boards, sealed electric motors, LED lighting, hardware, controller, weatherproof wiring, brackets, and so on. Pre-installed anti-pinch sensors retain the unit from retracting with feet or things stuck in-between. Aluminum linkages are sure to work in just about any climate or weather.
