Audi A6 Body Kits & Ground Effects

Audi A6 Body Kits

There is a variety of options to customize the exterior of your Audi A6. To give your vehicle a sporty look without spending a lot of money, you can simply mount a rear spoiler to your car's trunk lid. However, if you want to make your A6 more aerodynamic and lower to the ground, then you can try body kits for the bumpers, side skirts and fenders. We've collected a great number of Audi A6 body kits specifically designed to fit your vehicle's sub model and year. Moreover, each of them is produced by only the most trusted makers in the biz.

Body kits from our collection are generally made of carbon fiber or polyurethane. Carbon fiber is a lightweight material and is very popular among car owners, however, not as demanded as polyurethane. Polyurethane body kit parts are popular options with automotive enthusiast because of their resistance to damage and because they won't crack in cold weather conditions. Besides, polyurethane is a very durable material, and parts made of it last longer. When installing the components of a body kit, it's important to make sure that the installer is a knowledgeable and skilled technician.

Audi A6 Body Kits Reviews

This was my son's second project for his car. Delivery was amazingly fast and everything was received un-damaged. We both read over the installation instruction several times. We have never done anything like this before so we were nervous but confident that we could do it. My son is big on YouTube how to videos but there was not one with this kit. It would have taken some of the guess work out and answered "fit" questions. My son is on a forum and it was extremely helpful talking us through the removal of the factory front and side skirts. The rear piece attached to the existing factory rear bumper. I thought the front unit would be the biggest challenge but it went so smooth. The side skirts were the biggest issue. It looked as if we could have installed them over the factory side skirts but the instruction said to remove them so we did. The instruction did warn us that some cutting, trimming etc maybe necessary and it was. It took twice as long to install the side skirts as it was the front bumper because of the tedious work of trimming. For not ever having any body work experience, we did a great job and had a great time doing it. If we had to do it again... We would get some jack stands or rent a lift bay so we can remove all the wheels and have the car elevated to waist height to make it easier. Would also like to have been able to watch some videos to show use the process and the correct fit. All in all, we did the complete job in one long Saturday. We love the look it gives the car.
