Warranty

Anzo warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 1 year. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered.

The warranty is granted to the end-user and applies to products which are purchased, installed, and used for the purposes for which they are originally designed. This warranty covers defects arising under normal use and does not cover malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or incorrect maintenance.

During the warranty period, Anzo will repair or replace, at no charge, a product that is defective in materials or workmanship. Anzo reserves the right to either repair or replace a defective component at its discretion and reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product under the terms of this warranty.

Looks Great but Doesn't Last

Anzo® - OE Style Black 5-Function LED Tailgate Cap

I put this on my truck and it looks great. It was easy to install as well. Problem is that 15mo later several of the LEDs have stopped working and there is no way to repair/replace them. Customer service says 1yr warranty and then you have to buy a new one. Fat chance!

Awesome. But One Light Never Worked

Anzo® - OE Style Black 5-Function LED Tailgate Cap

One of the LED lights stopped working in the 1st few months. I did not return it because it does look awesome and works beautifully. It's an amazing safety feature. It does look rather shitty with one light out. It's been a long time but I've had enough of looking at it and I'm writing the manufacturer to see if he will give me one of the LED lights and I will install myself.
