Air Lift builds all replacement fittings, pressure valves, splitters, and more to the highest quality standards to ensure your air suspension system continues to perform the way it was meant to. Most components come in a choice of configurations, making it easy to find the part you need for your exact system by clicking on the “Select Options” bar above. For starters, you’ll find a replacement Pressure Transducer that measures pressure and converts it to an electrical signal. Blowoff valves designed to release excess air pressure when psi exceeds 200 are here, as well as a Check Valve that maintains one-way pressure flow with two identically-sized female ends for same size air line fittings. We also have Drain Cock brass drainage valves which allow water that normally collects in the bottom of your tank to be drained out effectively and easily. If you need to seal up and close off the end of any air line, Pipe Plugs are available with a raised hex head top or with a flush countersunk design.

Whatever fitting you need to screw in place, Air Lift’s Thread Sealant Packet contains non-hardening sealant which creates an instant airtight and watertight seal without causing difficulty loosening fittings. If you need replacement air inflation fittings, the Inflation Valve allows manual filling and release of air spring pressure from any outside pump. The Push to Connect quick-connect inflation valve locks into place after being pushed on to any 0.25" air line, and Straight pieces with male and female thread designs are receiver pieces for push-to-connect inflation valves.

You’ll also find all the replacement coupler pieces you need from Air Lift as well. If you need to split air from one to two lines, the Branch Tee fitting has one male input end that splits air pressure in opposite directions to female output connectors. The Bushing fitting allows an air line of one size to be connected in a straight path to an air line of a different size. The Coupling with two female ends connects air lines of equal size together for two-way air flow, and the Nipple coupling connects two male end air line fittings together. Should you need to create a 90 degree bend in your air line, the Elbow fitment piece makes that possible. If you’ve got a male threaded end on one side and a female threaded end on the other, the “Street Tee” fitting piece joins them together. And for push-to-connect fittings, the Union, Union Elbow, and Union Tee coupling pieces all allow easy splitting or redirectioning of air lines. All Air Lift fittings are designed for the long run, and brass construction along with nickel plated finishes ensures they will look good on your show vehicle and remain free of corrosion for as long as you use them.
