2022 Honda Pilot Bug Deflectors

I normally do not write reviews but hope my review will save others from the same experience. I am not an auto parts installation specialist but I have installed no-drill hood shields on most vehicles I own. I chose this brand because I have had good luck with their products in the past and it was the most cost efficient. Product came with scratches on the shield itself that would wipe off (included) and the AVS sticker was partially peeled off (photo included). If I was smart I'd have sent it back but my wife's new car is black and I understand hood shields take abuse so I proceeded with the installation. Installation was straightforward enough but the inserts needed to secure the deflector to the car were miserable. They were extremely difficult to insert to full depth and two of the four twisted off. Another would not tighten all the way leaving one insert currently holding this shield in place (of four). This product was miserable from the moment it came out of the box and I am 100% this piece of crap is going to come loose in the near future and fly off the hood of my car.
