Dose this wire harness have all the plug ins for all the components in the HID headlamp assembly dose the pigtail going into the headlite assembly 12 pins ? why are parts ro4my 2006 Volvo C70 T so much more expensive and harder to find than other Volvo models? The wiring in the c70t5 hardtop convertibles are very bad about the coating decent grating their for leaving bare wires to short out. Why has their not been a recall on these headlight assemblies? Who can I contact to see if they can do a recall before someone gets killed?
