The representative Ralph was very professional and understanding. I received the return authorization and prepaid mailing label much sooner than the 72hour timeframe. A credit appeared on the credit card in 2 days after I mailed it! That was terrific. From first phone call to getting refunded was probably the fastest and easiest online return process I’ve ever experienced.
