2003 Chevy Suburban Custom Headlights

I wanted to give these a 3.5 star rating, but that is not an option. I give it a 5/5 for appearance, and if you install decent LED lights these things are pretty slick. The problem is that compared to the originals, they feel extremely light and flimsy, as others have posted. Also, the bulbs do not sit as securely in the slots, so one of my lights can get water inside it. It is pretty easy to remedy - remove the bottom left side light, remove the bulbs and place the housing in the sun. But that is a pretty poor excuse for poor design or manufacture. Additionally, although the originals could be easily removed and reinstalled without removing the grill, after fiddling with these for 10 minutes I just removed the grill to facilitate installation. My impetus for these was a burned out daytime running light. If that is your only issue, you could just replace the original bulbs with LEDs or halogens and be done with it. Also consideration is that to purchase LEDs for both high and low beams, as well as the three different types of bulbs, you can easily spend another $100 on bulb replacement. All in all, I'm happy I replaced the lights, but I would select a different option were I to do it again. I give it 5/5 for looks, and 3/5 for everything else.
