2002 Saturn L-Series Fenders

I ordered this splash shield and a bumper absorber for my car after my son slid into a snowbank. After getting the old parts off, I realized I didn't actually need to replace the splash shield. (It was however, an exact match to the one I had on the car, so kudos to CarID for making sure I got the right part.) Having never dealt with CarID before, I wasn't sure how easy (or difficult) it would be to return the part. I followed the return steps in the purchase confirmation email and am quite happy with how easy it was to do the return. During the return process I communicated via email with a rep who kept me informed every step of the way. I'll definitely be coming back to CarID if I need any replacement parts for my cars. I'm marking Ease of Installation a 5, because even though I didn't actually install the part, it was an exact match to my OEM part.
