XXR Wheels is a California-based aluminum alloy wheel manufacturer established in the late 1970s. XXR Wheels engineers use the latest computer technologies for designing new, stylish rims with different spoke types, including I-spokes, V-spokes, and Y-spokes. Computer-generated model is used for producing molds that are used in the injection molding process. Molten aluminum is carefully filtered to remove aluminum oxide before casting.
Newly-casted wheels are being subjected to the heat treatment process, which increases the strength of the final product.
