Repairs flexible and rigid plastic parts. Such as bumper covers and body panels. It applies easily with Vicrez vzt101 Dual Epoxy/ Caulking applicator gun mixing nozzle, with no pre-mixing or measuring. It is easy to sand for excellent featheredge, and ready to paint in as little as 20-30 minutes (Depending on environment temperature) This Quick adhesive creates a long lasting permanent bond between two surfaces. Any professional auto body shop will find many use for this adhesive, including bonding small parts, rebuilding cracked areas and rebuilding components (Bumper tabs). You can use it as gap-filler; so even if small parts are broken off, this adhesive can fill and bond them together permanently.
Useful for all kinds of plastic repairs. It is flexible which makes it useful for repairing items that need a little "give". However it is also rigid enough to provide a solid repair. You can use it to repair an auto body components, aerospace and more. It cures as a hard rubber and is workable for a decent amount of time yet the repaired item can be placed in service within a few hours. It is best used with an application gun made for this service.
Surfaces to be bonded must be dry and free from rust, oil, grease and wax. We highly recommend sanding out the area where the adhesive will be applied and cleaning thoroughly. Apply 50/50 ratio using Vicrez Dual Epoxy/ Caulking applicator gun . Once you reached the 40-45 seconds you can start applying the adhesive.
