This product was very easy to install and all the parts were included. The part fits exactly like the original. I installed it in 15 minutes. It arrived in good shape and in a timely manner. I was very satisfied.

Only problem I had was a misunderstanding. I was informed they did not have the part I ordered and they did not inform me they were sending a replacement item. I appreciate their effort and the replacement is good quality and instructions for installation were good. I have the item installed and checked out although I have not actually pulled with the system yet ( hitch and wiring). I am well satisfied with quality, shipping time, instructions and appearance. I will order again if I need them.

I was able to install this very fast and easy. I wish all car stuff was this easy to install. Happy with the purchase. I would definitely recommend this product.
Slightly overpriced in my opinion. Well built but some looseness in the latching mechanism makes me wonder if it will eventually be an issue. Provided sleeve for 2" standard receiver hole doesn't fit snug and the width of the barrel doesn't match standard width. Otherwise, functions as described and will do the job. Wish it was slightly lower profile as the end and lock do stick out quite a bit from the hitch. (Though I use it to hang the tow power cable)
While this Tow Ready bracket claims to be useable with the Tow Ready wiring harness, the holes on the bracket did not match the holes on the actual wiring harness. I ended up having to drill new holes. Apparently they need to get different departments talking to one another.

Purchase was fast and easy. Shipping was ultra fast. This is the 2nd pintle hook I have purchased, 1st one got stolen. I will never leave it on the truck again. Good quality for the money.

This Pintle Hook Receiver mount gave me the lift I needed. The pindle hook is on a surplus US Army trailer and is at 22 inches. I used this to raise the catch from 16 inches (4 wheel drive truck) to the 22 inches for the trailer. Works great.

Very nice and easy to use, i placed this on a hitch step and only had to make one of the holes on the step larger since the pin would not go through it but did go through the other predrilled holes; I would suggest purchasing this to make sure no one can steal your trailer or hitch, price is better than other places and quality of product is great
It works better than I expected. You have to attach it to a flat surface though. This may mean that the balls need to be offset a bit, but you get used to it. Certainly worth the $20 or so.

Being a welder by trade I thought about just building something like this. But after seeing this hook I changed my mind. Solid forged steel, heavy, good looking and thick paint. Now I need to go find a stuck vehicle to pull out!
