Warranty

Torxe™ warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for period of 30 days from the date of purchase by the Original Purchaser.

This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to any products that have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance), improper installation, act of nature, motor vehicle accidents or alterations.

During the Warranty period, Torxe will repair or replace, at no charge, a product that is defective in materials or workmanship. The Torxe reserves the right to either repair or replace a defective component at its discretion and reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product under the terms of this Warranty.

I own a 2003 Ram 1500 quad cab and these look amazing! Gonna have to get used to how big they are but they bolt in perfectly to the factory mounts and plug in immediately! Fantastic pickup

Functional

Torxe™ 99-1001001 - Driver and Passenger Side Power Towing Mirrors (Non-Heated, Foldaway)

Living out here in the countryside, you need reliable mirrors for all the towing and hauling for farm work. After the livestock trailer incident where poor visibility almost caused a disaster these mirrors were a must. The installation was a breeze, and even though they're not heated, the clarity and range of view provided that peace of mind. Good quality without breaking the bank.

Ambient Air Sensor

The mirrors a great looking, unfortunately the passenger mirror does not have the ambient air sensor as required for GM Diesel Trucks.

NOT Good

Torxe™ - Towing Mirror

Says the mirrors are for my 2005 F150 Lariat, they look nice, but the heaters in mirros won't come on, I press the button on dash, and the light goes off right away, plus the light on the heater blinks with both the L and R blinkers, I called and asked for a wiring diagram of the mirrors, was told by CARID, none are available, and that I should have had a professional install the mirrors, I think I am capable of plugging in a wiring harness. But now CARID wants a video and pics of what it is doing, so they can email them to the manf., sounds like a run around to me, I asked for manf email, and was told they cann't give that out, I have the Ford mirror wiring diagram, I need the mirror on so I can track down where the problem is.

Good Quality at a Good Price

Product is plastic but a high quality plastic, install instructions just go on YouTube save time. Mirrors are very big, this is my first set of tow mirrors and product comes from DNA motosports not Torqxe like it says but still great company.

Impressed

Torxe™ - Towing Mirrors (Foldaway)

Really happy with these mirrors. The construction seems very solid, and they look great. They include a support bracket because of the extra weight over stock mirrors, which is a great idea. Only improvement I can think of is the adjustment of the glass. I had to turn mine in all the way, so smaller people who sit farther forward might have trouble seeing with these.

Nice Mirrors Easy Install

Torxe™ - Towing Mirrors (Foldaway)

No instructions needed - pop off door panels, unscrew old mirrors and disconnect wiring harnesses, screw in new mirrors and connect harnesses, put door panels back on, done. If you want to connect the back-up LED spots it'll take a little more time to wire; I didn't. Turn signals were plug and play even though my truck didn't have turn signals on the OEM mirrors. If you don't take your door panels off as much as I do, watch some door panel removal videos or installation vodeos for other brands of mirrors, it's pretty straightforward. Only gotcha was the passenger side wire was a little shorter than OEM, had to pop out the switches on the door panel, put the door panel back on first then connect the harness and replace the switch pod. But both mirrors took about an hour with minimal frustration. Good looking mirrors too, nice upgrade from OEM.

Not Great Quality.

Torxe™ 99-1001056 - Driver and Passenger Side Power Towing Mirrors (Non-Heated, Foldaway)

When installing one of the mirrors, a mounting stud broke. I don't believe I over tightened it. The studs on the factory mirrors were better designed but aren't transferable. These studs are likely to break if you aren't careful. I had to order replacements which meant removal of the first mirror and installing both factory mirrors before they could be returned. That meant removing the door panels multiple times to complete the final installation with the replacement mirrors. After having the mirrors for over a year, I am able to give better feedback. The mirrors are plastic and the chrome finish has seams in them that can be subject to peel or flake off. The first set had this issue, the second set has not yet after being on my truck for over a year. I love the visibility that these mirrors provide. No blind spots and parallel parking is much easier. The one really troubling thing is that the mirrors vibrate a lot. They could be loose but without any instructions to give torque specs, I am afraid of over tightening and breaking the studs again.

Great Mirrors
