Hurricane A/C & Heater Kit (CAP-1165M-289) by Scott Drake®. With Electronic Controls. With Electronic Controls. Custom Hurricane Heat Cool & Defrost System is designed for a 1965-66 Ford Mustang with original 289 V-8 with the alternator. This easy-to-install Hurricane Unit mounts to the firewall in place of the factory heater. Air conditioning and heater fittings pass neatly through the original blower motor hole with a custom rubber grommet. Includes a new electronic control that fits into the factory dash opening. Under dash center louver and custom corner louvers are also included for maximum airflow. The custom condenser assembly provides maximum cooling capacity using an aluminum Superkool condenser assembly with a factory style drier and mounting brackets. This top-grade product is expertly made in compliance with stringent industry standards to offer a fusion of a well-balanced design and high level of craftsmanship. Scott Drake limited warranty specifically does not apply to products, which have been (a) modified or altered in any way; (b) subjected to adverse conditions, such as misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or adjustment, dirt or other contaminants, water, corrosion, or faulty repair; or (c) used in other than those applications recommended by Scott Drake. Scott Drake also does not warrant and disclaims all liability for products used in racing activities and/or applications other than those specifically recommended in the current brand catalog.

Scott Drake limits the warranty on Metallic Ceramic Coatings to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This limited coating warranty does not apply to any products which have been subjected to adverse conditions, such as high heat encountered during engine break-in or if used during any racing activity.
