Warranty

SAA warranties all manufactured products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use, for the length of original ownership. SAA will repair or replace any defective items on those trim kits that were properly installed as outlined in SAA’s published installation instructions included with each kit. SAA’s maximum liability shall not exceed the original cost of the item.

SAA will also warranty imported products for 1-year from the original purchase date (with receipt); exclusions may apply.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, collision, improper installation, car wash damages, or negligence. The warranty excludes all damages from mishap during other than normal driving conditions including off-road use. The warranty is also void if product has been modified or altered in any respect from its original design without written authorization from SAA.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

Legally, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C)) Learn More

Easy to Apply, Looks Good, But...

SAA® - I-Type Polished Body Side Moldings

Item arrived well packaged. Removed protective cover and all looked well. Prepared surface and pressed trim on. Fit very well except for top side of the leading edge, where the metal had a little lip that would not allow the piece to lay flat. I tried applying pressure with my hand and all that got me was a cut thumb. Since the piece was already attached to the car, there was not a whole lot I could do about it. I will run it by a body shop to see if they have a tool to smooth it out (of course increasing the total price of the item). Overall, the trim does add to the appearance of my Kia Soul, and gives it that unique look I was seeking. If I can flatten that flawed portion out, my rating on appearance will jump to 5 stars.

Adding this product along with all the other stuff I have purchased makes my soul look like I paid alot more than I did and although it is a little pricey its alot of fun to dress up my vehicle.
