We have two dogs and limited space for them packing in the rear of the car. I received this the day we were planning on using it. It took my sister and me about 1 hour to put together. Wasn't hard but took some time to screw all the bolts in. I was surprised to see that the tail lights on it were already wired to hook up to my car, which already had a tow package on it. It even cam with the wiring to add to my car if needed. It was a little tough getting the latch undone to swing it open, but eventually, it loosened up, and now it opens easily. The rear door on the car opens even with the swing closed. Like to swing it open, so the dogs can jump in and I can easier to get into the back to get things out. The latches seem not to be as sturdy as they should be. Cargo box and hitch are very sturdy and should hold up for a long time to come.
