Warranty

Rock Hard 4x4 products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty, during which its products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered.

The warranty is granted to the end-user and applies to products which are purchased, installed, and used for the purposes for which they are originally designed. This warranty covers defects arising under normal use and does not cover malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or incorrect maintenance.

During the warranty period, Rock Hard 4x4 will repair or replace, at no charge, a product that is defective in materials or workmanship. Rock Hard 4x4 reserves the right to either repair or replace a defective component at its discretion and reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product under the terms of this warranty.

Coating (if applicable): Due to varying climates and individual use, Rock Hard 4x4 cannot offer a warranty on powdercoating.

Your Rock Hard 4x4 Limited Warranty does not cover products or parts Rock Hard 4x4 determines to have been damaged by or subjected to:

Installation damage, alteration, modification, combination with other parts, failure to maintain or improper repair or service
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage or damage from moisture or water immersion
Acts of God, accidents, misuse, negligence, inadequate mounting or impact with vehicle(s), obstacles, or other aspects of the environment
Theft, vandalism, or other intentional damage
Powder coat, anodizing, or paint finish

The exclusive remedy provided hereunder shall, upon Rock Hard 4x4 inspection and at Rock Hard 4x4’s option, be either repair or replacement of product or parts (new or refurbished) covered under this Limited Warranty.

I Just Dont Like It.

I bought this sport cage along with a rock hard rear bumper which i absolutely love and i cant believe these two products come from the same company. The bumper is built and designed so well it was worth every penny but this sport cage almost seems like it was just slapped together by two 12 year old boys in there dads garage. There is so much wrong with it that i don't want to waste my time writing it down. I am not looking for a refund and i don't want any type of compensation. And i am not returning it i have already fixed most of the problems with it. I just wanted to give my honest opinion on this product. I am just really frustrated that i basically spent over a thousand dollars for something that was supposed to be bolt in kit that shouldn't need to be modified are fixed just to install it in my Jeep. If that was the case i would have just bought the tube and did it myself saving a lot of money and frustration on my part. But i didn't want to build it i just don't have the time for stuff like that anymore that's one of the reason people buy stuff like this. This has nothing to do with CARiD, they did a great job getting me the products i bought, it's all on the manufacturer.
