RS9000XL™ Shock Absorbers and Struts by Rancho®. The Rancho RS9000™XL 9-position adjustable series delivers nine levels of performance to on- and off-road trucks, SUVs and Jeeps. Globally recognized as the first 9-position manually adjustable ride control series in the off-road market, the advanced RS9000XL series is ideal for on- and off-road use, towing and more. The adjustable damping enhances ride characteristics by counteracting the additional unsprung mass inherent in larger tire and wheel combinations. Engineered and manufactured in the U.S., all RS9000XL series units are covered by a 90-Day Free Ride Offer and Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Rancho® – a popular brand of suspension, shocks and more worldwide – was born in the 1950s in Long Beach, California, as Rancho Jeep Supply, and quickly grew into a thriving off-road and performance suspension components manufacturer. In 1985, Rancho launched what would later become its best-selling shock absorbers. In 1990, Rancho was purchased by Tenneco Inc. and quickly expanded to include the world's first five-way adjustable shock absorber, allowing off-road enthusiasts to adjust the level of compression/rebound damping to suit their riding style, and launched the first "intelligent" shock.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY (limited to qualifying Rancho® products only)*

Tenneco warrants qualifying Rancho® products against defects in materials or workmanship (except finish) when used under normal operating conditions for as long as the products are installed on, and the original purchaser owns, the original vehicle on which they were installed.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Rancho® RockGear™ products carry a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship (except finish).

90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

Rancho® RS9000XL™ extended length and coil-over shock absorbers carry a 90-Day Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship (except finish).

*Tenneco’s obligation under the Limited Lifetime Warranty, 1-Year Limited Warranty and 90-Day Limited Warranty is limited to replacement of the defective or worn-out product (except finish) with the same (or substantially comparable) product in accordance with this warranty. Cost of removal and installation are not included, and any incidental and consequential damages are excluded under this warranty, regardless of when the failure occurs. The warranties do not apply to products which have been modified, improperly applied or installed on vehicles used for commercial or racing purposes. Further, these warranties are limited to use on privately owned passenger cars or light trucks. The warranties do not apply to extended length shock absorbers or products not specifically listed for applied vehicle. The warranties do not apply to normal wear components, including, but not limited to, suspension bushings, tie rod ends, ball joints or spherical rod ends.

All other warranties not specifically set forth herein, express or implied, are hereby expressly disclaimed to the extent permissible by applicable law. The applicable warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Any implied warranties you may have under state law that may not be disclaimed are limited to the same duration as the applicable warranty set forth herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusion may not apply to you.

Tenneco will contact warranty-serviced consumers to conduct customer satisfaction surveys relating to product and warranty service. Survey activity will provide valuable feedback and help measure the level of consumer satisfaction in different markets.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

Fantastic Shock Absorber

These shock absorbers are Fantastic! They have easy installation, give the truck a nice strong feeling. The difference is so noticeable. I don't regret ordering these at all. Fast shipping gave it a boost. Good job!!!
