According to the automaker, the initial design idea of the Oldsmobile Bravada wasn’t aimed at heavy off-road use. The model didn’t acquire a reinforced suspension or locking hubs used in a four-wheel-drive system. Instead, the accent was shifted towards on-road steady rides and easy steering. The Bravada joined the market of sport utility vehicles in 1991. Its ‘Smart Track’ traction control system was surely the major innovation proportionally dividing torque between the rear and front wheels when the vehicle slipped. All in all, the model had undergone three evolutionary stages with the third generation launched in 2001.

The production of the Bravada was ended in 2004 together with other vehicles of the brand. Its body design moved to the Buick Rainer and this way continued existence for five additional years, thus not allowing the SUV to be soon forgotten. Currently, there are dozens of manufacturers dealing with Oldsmobile Bravada body parts and altogether they offer a wide range of components for both the exterior and interior. Our store carries a selection of bumpers, mirrors, rocker panels, and other body parts made by prominent companies such as Sherman, SoffSeal, Dorman, etc.
