Plastic Retainer for Horn Button Cap for Deluxe Steering Wheel by OER®. Reproduction plastic horn cap retainer (without cover) for the center of the steering wheel on various Chevrolet or GMC truck models with deluxe steering wheel. Each retainer is manufactured in injection molded plastic. Designed to replace your broken retainer. Simply stretch your original imitation leather-grain cover over the top of this plastic retainer to repair your broken horn cap pad. Does NOT include the leather-grain cover or emblem. Repairs GM part #'s 9761177, 9761178, 17987491, or 17987492 by replacing the broken plastic retainer portion of the cap. Fits GM part # 9760817 steering wheel.
