Warranty

Kaehler warrants that its Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 24 Months / 24,000 Miles from the date of purchase by the Original Purchaser. This warranty does not apply to any Products that have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance), improper installation, or alterations.

Unless there is no other arrangement, regulations stipulated by law shall be effective in case of a defect. If a notice of defects is not sent to the manufacturer within two months after the data of purchase, the goods will be considered properly and completely delivered unless there is a hidden defect. The defects should be described as clearly as possible. This provision does not set a cut-off period for the customer warranty. Reprimand of apparent defects will be accepted only if the customer gives a notification within 14 days after receiving the goods.
