Warranty

The manufacturer warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty of the product. This warranty applies only if the product is used as recommended. The warranty does not apply if damage to the product is inflicted by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, fire, vandalism, alteration, improper installation, or Acts of God. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental and/or consequential damages including but not limited to, damage resulting from the use or installation of the product. Fading of paint or material coloration differences are not covered by this warranty. Please inspect the product when received to ensure that its condition is satisfactory. If there are any issues and/or concerns with the product please contact us immediately, all issues and/or concerns with the product must be resolved before attempting to install. By installing the product it verifies that it has been received in satisfactory condition, and may limit the extent to which warranty may be claimed on the product. Product that is proved to be defective will either be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option. This warranty only covers the cost of repairing or replacing the defective part. The warranty does not cover any and all costs for removal, re-installation, painting, shipping or any other incidental charges. This product is covered by a limited 60-day warranty, to the original purchaser only, to perform satisfactory when used as recommended.
