The company manufactures both front and rear base bumpers that can be customized to customers’ needs with the help of the available add-ons and grille guards. All Iron Bull truck bumpers are constructed from a sheet of 3/16" plate steel, which ensures the durability you can rely on. Each piece of a bumper is cut out as its own without press braking to guarantee maximum possible strength. Then, all units are jigged into place and fully hand welded.

Finally, the bumper goes through the grinding process to achieve a smooth surface finish and is coated with the company’s Black Shield coating that won’t crack or chip off when attacked by rocks. Depending on the model, front bumpers by Iron Bull feature two five or four five inch round light hole buckets. Rear bumpers have cut outs for factory plate lights as well as trailer plug and sensors (if so equipped).
