Infiniti G37 was known as the best alternative to BMW 335i for several years, but it's still out of reach for many consumers. Finally, the automaker offered the G25, a more budget-oriented alternative with less power. A V6-powered sedan, which has already been on sale in the home market, debuted at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance in California. It carries a rather small 2.5-liter V6 engine with an output of 218 hp and 187 lb-ft of torque. The sedan is available with a standard seven-speed automatic transmission as rear-wheel and all-wheel drive as well. Coming in three variants (base, Journey, and G25x AWD), Infiniti G25 provides exact the same chassis, interior, and exterior as the G37.
Having a starting price of $30,950, Infiniti G37 sedan offers the following standard equipment: high-intensity discharge (HID) xenon headlights, Shodo aluminum interior trim, 17-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, leather-appointed seating, traction control, four-wheel ABS, Vehicle Dynamic Control, automatic climate control, premium audio system with six speakers, and XM Satellite Radio. An eight-way power driver seat and four-way power front passenger seat are also included. As for the G25 Journey, its trim adds heated front seats, heated outside mirrors, dual climate control, a rearview camera, and automatic headlights.
