Impact warrants that all products are free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year (365 days) from the date of purchase when used in accordance with instructions and with the best practices of safety in mind. Impact product warranty does not cover consequential damages or intentional misuse and abuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear of safety items. Impact will repair or replace the warrantied item at its sole discretion. Impact does not accept any responsibility for any misuse of the product and cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damages.
