Any part found to be defective within the applicable period will be replaced by Gorilla-Lift, provided that the product was not misused, abused, or improperly installed; its failure resulted from a defect in materials or workmanship and was not damaged due to improper use; the product was not used under abnormal or unusual conditions; the failure occurred within the applicable period of time.
