This grille guard looks good and easy to install, and of good quality. I like it!

I installed this product by myself, with only hand tools. Fit is very good, finish was chipped in places from shipment, and bubbled up around bolt heads when tightened. I expected such an issue, and had a black gloss krylon handy. After installation I polished it down with Eagle gel plastic trim protector. The difficult phase was putting the large bolts into the frame with the supplied installation wire, and I had to make two extra cutouts on the ledge under the grille guard for easier access to tighten bolts that mount the upper guard supports. Lower cut out stencils were not supplied, it was a pain to get it just right. The lower cuts have to be larger than appear because of the way the lower guard frame mounts have to pass through from behind. So, I started with smaller rectangle cuts and had to work my way to larger holes that started to get sloppy until I got the supports through the plastic under the bumper. All in all, the price was very good, I work in auto parts retail and as an employee couldn't get a better price. After I installed this near 60 lbs add on, plus some load level shocks in the rear, my 2wd had a noticeable rake angle. I spent the extra bucks and added a 2.5 inch front leveling kit, and had a front end alignment done. Now my f150 looks like a FWD - tall, level, mean and lean. I've already had many positive comments from people about my truck. I'm proud, and it looks real nice, and rides high and tight. It took two old men about 5hrs to install. We could do again in one and a half hrs now that we know what we're doing. I.e. all is well on my 2011 Ford Raptor. Now I am looking for some good spot beam lights!
