It comes completely pre-assembled in one box. You only center it on the truck bed and engage four clamps. You'll need no tools and there will be no drilling involved, so the whole process will take up to 5 minutes. In fact, it'll take you longer to take the cover out of the box than to install it. When the cover is not needed, you can either fold it at the cab and secure with the built-in heavy-duty Hold-Tite™ straps and snaps or remove it.
To ensure superior strength, the cover uses commercial-grade rails and I-Beam Monster Bows that are secured with multiple reinforcements using zinc dichromate, aluminum braces. There are also 45° steel corner brackets that secure the frame and make the construction even more stable. The all-black frame is topped by double-layered black vinyl, so your truck will look great whether the cover is folded or not. The tight-fitting tarp comes with anti-curl corners for the cover to look neat, always. The double-pivot MaxHinges are made of ultra-strong glass-filled nylon and come with protective padding for the cover not to scratch the delicate paint job of your truck.
