Vortex Neon Vented Wheel Covers are designed to aide in cooling hot calipers and tires and as always preventing mud packing. These covers are made of high impact plastic and are made for a universal application. This design allows for the cover to be interchanged between a bead-lock and non bead-lock wheel.
