Carriage Works Grilles
Ever since it was established in 1981, Carriage Works, Inc. has become a renowned manufacturer of high quality genuine billet aluminum truck accessories based out of Grandview, Missouri. During that time, it has also won numerous SEMA Excellence awards for categories such as 'Design and Engineering,' 'International Products' as well as 'Best New Products,' and cemented its reputation as a company that keeps up with the times and utilizes state of the art technology. One of its biggest draws is the fact that all of its products are 'Made in the USA!' and are manufactured right out of its facilities at Grandview.
For the most part, Carriage Works is well-known for its billet grilles. These are the horizontal metal grilles that are found on trucks, vans, and also SUVs. However nowadays Carriage Works also provides a selection of mesh grilles that come in three different series: 'heavy duty,' '3-dimensional,' and 'stainless steel.' All of these grilles come as either 'bolt-overs' that can simply be bolted-over the existing factory grilles or 'original series' that replace the factory shell. Some particular types of products may require fabrication to install, but for the most part Carriage Works prides itself in prioritizing ease of installation and so not many of its parts fall under this bracket.

In addition to their grilles, Carriage Works also has an array of other products. Most notable of these would have to be its truck roll pans. For the uninitiated, a roll pan is a bumper replacement that creates a rounded bottom at the back of the truck. Among its selection of roll pans, Carriage Works supplies three distinct styles: plain roll pans, oval exhaust cutouts, and square exhaust cutouts. Apart from that there's also a vibrant collection of other accessories such as pedal kits, replacement instrument panels, cruise control covers, glove box door covers, exhaust tips, hot rod mufflers, and so on ľ most of which tend to be designed for specific models of trucks.
Along the same vein, Carriage Work's dedication to provide easy to install products is second to none as well. Aside from ensuring that all its parts fit perfectly and either bolt on or replace factory shells, its website includes ample resources that document installation procedures too. Not only are installation manuals provided, but several videos are too. Suffice to say with the sheer scope of stylish options coupled with immaculate quality control, it is easy to see why Carriage Works has been so successful over the years. Even its Original billet grille is still as popular today as it was when it was launched circa 1989, and looks like it will very well continue to be just as popular in the future too.
As mentioned previously, one of the Carriage Works' draws is the fact that all of its products are manufactured in the USA and this is actually an extension of its uncompromising standards and commitment to quality. Even the materials that it uses are of the highest grade, with grilles built from 6061-T6 'Aircraft Grade' aluminum and cross-bars machined from 'solid stock' material. By using these types of materials, the possibility of dents and pitting emerging due to rocks and other debris is minimized; and indeed it is the hardest type of aluminum that can be used within the production parameters. To ensure that every crafted part fits perfectly, 'aerospace' manufacturing tolerances are utilized that are well within OEM quality standards too.
Hi guys, after buying I can say this is a high quality kit. I am totally satisfied with how it looks and fits. If I had to give the fit a rating between 0 and 100% with 100% being exactly like the factory grille fit, I would say this is 90-95%. I recommend this product!
I bought this to replace the chrome grille on my 2011 Silverado, I have been removing all chrome so the truck is nothing but gray and black. It took me a little time to get the old one off and put this new one on. Thank you.
The pedal is constructed with much lighter weight material than I expected. The installation itself was very easy except that it was hard to reach behind the bar and start the threads of the front lower nuts. Overall I'm happy with this product. It looks great.
I was very pleased with this product. It looks awesome, like it was installed at the factory. Great for peace of mind, for keeping foreign objects out, and took less than 20 minutes to install.
