2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 Off-Road Bumpers

Had this bumper installed by a reputable body shop in my area in the spring of 2021. It is now December and the powder coating is showing signs of inadequate amount of material used during the coating process on several spots on the bumper and surface rust is showing through on the bumper. Body Shop contacted CARID and they claim it is from lack of maintenance and neglect. My 2019 Silverado Trailboss is anything but neglected. I hand wash it regularly have had a 5 year ceramic coating applied, so no neglect whatsoever. As for Maintenance, what maintenance is required in a bumper other than cleaning it along with the rest of the truck. This bumper hasn't even been exposed to the harsh PA winters yet. Photos show the poor quality control as well as 2 photos to show the shine of my truck that is apparently neglected.
