2012 Ford Mustang Wood Dash Kits

Everything fit great except the piece that goes around the automatic stick shift #17 piece. There is a chrome piece on the car and the cut does not fit around it and leaves it looking very shawdy. I found out later, because the instructions don't tell you, that you should remove the chrome piece around the shifter and then lay it down over the burlwood. Everything else looks good. I would like to replace that shawdy piece, but wasn't sure if you can just order that piece. I can not get anybody to call me back to let me know if that is possible.
