"After two years, could stand the big chrome wing in the factory grill no longer. Installation was not a breeze, but I took my time, and the new grill covers any minor flaws. Used the black grill for my steel grey color, left the surround chrome, partly since I like the chrome and black contrast, and partly because I worried about how well the paint would match, and adhere if I tried having it painted. Besides, there's other chrome trim on the car, and I think it looks great as is. Followed the suggestion to paint behind the grill flat black, think that adds alot. Also purchased the rear decklid badge to mount to the grill, and it does look great, but not sure how well the sticky on the back side is going to adere to the grill long term. Any suggestions?"
"Installation instructions were phenomenal for me (being a complete noob, i needed the hand-holding). The grill did need some bending to fit into the frame so there is some trial and error to making it all work. Hint for installing the lower grill: a long phillips head screwdriver is needed to get the screw through a hole in a metal block on the bumper."
