Hello is this part a click on or just a stick on top of broken glass type? And if it is click on how long does shipping take? Thank you =)

Hello, this replaces your current mirror glass. There appears to be an electrical connector on the back and a backing plate so it should just snap in place once the electrical portion is plugged in.
