BMW 318i 1985, Coat-Z Rear Brake Drum by Zimmermann®. Since 2008 Zimmermann is offering almost Brake Discs in a coated version named "Coat Z – anti corrosion". Today almost all brake discs and some brake drums are available in coated quality. Here with we follow the demand for a more attractive visual appearance. As a manufacturer of safety parts Zimmermann is aware of brand's responsibilities and gives precedence to product quality. All the brake discs and brake drums in brand's standard range of wearing parts are manufactured in dimensions and to a material quality specified by the automotive manufacturers. Zimmermann develops own technical solutions for brake discs which are patent protected by the manufacturer. Therefore Zimmermann supplies the aftermarket with an entire product range. Brake discs which are constructed differently to the original discs are certificated.
