What is the difference between the Magnum High Pro, Low Pro, and Standard Headache Racks?

The Low Pro sits approximately level with the top of the cab, while the Standard and High Pro sit approximately 3? above the cab, revealing the third brake light and the gooseneck/bed camera (for those selected trucks that offer this option).

The Low Pro and High Pro both have lights. (The Low Pro has to have lights because it covers the third brake light.) The Standard rack does not come with lights

Does a modular wire harness come with my rack?

Yes. A modular wire harness comes standard with the purchase of all lighted Magnum racks. It’s plug and play, requires no wiring ability and is easy and fast to install.

Are the stake pocket tie downs included?

Yes. Each truck headache rack comes with two stake pocket tie downs, as well as a truck-specific wire harness (when applicable).

Can I paint my truck rack?

If you want to paint your rack, select the mill finish (bare aluminum) option.

Can I get a colored truck headache rack?

Magnum offers powdercoated standard matte black or satin white finish, as well as a mill finish (bare aluminum), which is paintable.

Is a gloss finish available for headache racks?

No. You need to order a mill finish aluminum rack and paint it with a gloss paint.

Is a Magnum truck rack compatible with a tonneau cover?

Yes, in most cases.

Does a Magnum headache rack work with a tool box?

Yes, in most cases depending upon the overall width of the tool box.

Is there a warranty on the headache rack?

Magnum has a limited lifetime warranty.

Are Magnum truck racks made in the USA?

Yes. Magnum manufactures all of its racks in Waterville, Maine.

Are Magnum headache rack accessories specific to the truck model?

Magnum accessories are all interchangeable between all racks as they slide along the Glide Track which is the same size on all racks.
