Great product and easy to install.

Gotta be honest, when I saw these were one of the only cost friendly options for my car I was a little discouraged by the way they looked. I was also worried about how secure they feel on the car. They ended up looking great, and being extremely sturdy. Going to be a 10/10 would recommend for me dawg.

We needed a cargo box for our Jetta within 2 weeks. Checked other online suppliers but no one could deliver it in time. Contacting CARiD, they had everything in stocks and could ship in 2-3 days. I couldn't believe the selections available! Choosing Thule for rails, hardware, cargo box, etc was a good choice. Thule makes quality products and installation was a breeze. Great product. Strong, sturdy and easy to use.

Very well packaged. Very well constructed. Went together perfectly. Fit my 2012 Xterra perfectly. Works great! I am very hard to please and I have been thrilled with this. Does exactly what I needed it to do.

High quality, well made! The mesh floor make securing cargo easy. I am often stopped to ask where I got the rack. The stock brackets do not work on my car. 4 wheel parts custom made mounting brackets on both trucks. So now they are mounted on Infinity QX60s. Works great for moving ski gear and luggage. I went through several gyrations on the installation of the first rack. Now that we've got this figured out. The second one was a snap!

So, overall I still think this is a good value for the money. But if you need something robust that fits well, you might want to look at alternatives. Installation is a breeze. The instructions and parts are pretty easy to put together, I think I got it all done in under an hour. You need a drill and a 1/8" bit, and a phillips hand screwdriver. Everything else is included. Fitment on my scion xb 2012 was weird because the roof tapers and has little channels in it. Basically, it's pretty hard to find a way to place it on the roof where the feet will fit flat. I ended up getting it done, but now the back cross rail doesn't sit all the way into the channel, it sort of slides side to side, so in theory it could slide all the way to one side and then it's not sitting inside the channel. I'll need to make some kind of shim to try to keep it in place, and hope it stays. So that's disappointing that their design allows for that to move into a not well supported position. You might not have the same problem with a different roof. The other iffy thing is the feet are just ABS plastic. When this thing's manual says the weight limit is 110lbs, I believe it. I was kind of hoping I could reinforce the bars to make it support more, but I highly doubt the feet could handle it. The whole thing is really light! So if you need to carry heavier loads, I'd suggest a different model. Aesthetically, it's perfect. It looks just like stock and makes the car look better than before. And I can't hear any wind noise (although the inside of this car is famously noisy).

Installation went with zero issues. Spacious, holds a lot.

Overall a good rack. The holes that is used to bolt the rack together are too small. Apparently this is intentional to prevent sagging later. The problem is that you jack up the threads on the bolts trying to thread them in. But after a trip to the hardware store to get new bolts, finally got it together. Other than that a good rack.

I bought this rack after the dealership quoted me something like $300 to install the cross bars - and that would be permanent, so I couldn't remove it without specialized tools. This rack was a lot cheaper, it got to my house in a couple of days, and it was a breeze to install. Plus, when I lost a key part, the folks at Black Horse went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed and was back on the road. It takes about five minutes to get the rack on the car, and I can take the rack off and put in my shed when I don't need it. Great product, great people - I am a very happy customer.

Fits great, straight forward install, solid product

Larger than it looks. Excellent quality and design. Fits the MB C300 base roof rack like it was built for it. Very happy with this Malone Cargo12 roof box. Minimal wind noise at low and high speed ...don't even realize it's there. Great locking mechanism, especially like the fact that the key cannot be removed unless it is actually locked. Put the key with your car key ring and you'll never forget to drive off without the roof door closed and locked. Very pleased with this purchase.
