WHITELINE suspension components are manufactured to very high standards utilizing the very latest and most up-to-date synthetic elastomer technology available worldwide.
In the majority of applications the WHITELINE bushings act as a flexible bearing and must be greased at the time of assembly.
What type of grease do you supply with your bushings? Grease has been supplied in the kits where required and must be used to optimize bushing performance and durability.
Whiteline grease has been formulated from a reinforced No. 2 lithium complex base and selected additives with molybdenum disulphide for mechanical stability, extreme pressure qualities for an extended life and high melting or drop point of 2300°C minimum.
Supplied grease should only be applied to the bores and outer flanges of all bushings and components - do not grease the outside surfaces of bushings and components.
To gain optimum performance from WHITELINE products take the following precautions when installing:
NOTE: The major noise producing factor in polyurethane is incorrect fitment and uncleaned mating surfaces.
DO NOT grease pressed fit surfaces (e.g. outer shell) or outside of shackles bushings.
