Warranty

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

All VIS fiberglass body kits, bumpers, lips, side skirts, spoilers, and hoods are made of high-quality fiberglass and come with wire mesh if applicable. Professional installation is required. Modification of part is crucial to ensure proper fitment. Please keep in mind that aftermarket parts do not have the same fitment as OEM factory parts. Test fit all body kit parts before any modification or painting (any altering will void returns/exchanges/warranties). Accessories such as fog lights, driving lights, splitters, canards, add-on lips, intake scoops, or other enhancement products are not included, unless specified in the product description.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

All fiberglass parts require test fitment before prepping, priming, and painting. Such professional prep work is required for all fiberglass parts. All aftermarket parts require professional installation. Adjustment of latches, hooks, and brackets is sometimes necessary to ensure a "factory like" fit. These are normal body work and installation steps for all products sold, and additional fiberglass work may be necessary, since these are aftermarket parts, and are no way sold or represented as OEM (Original Equipment Market) products. If there are small gaps or trimming that needs to be done prior to painting, this is not considered to be defective, and this is not uncommon with any aftermarket fiberglass companies and their products. Bodywork performed should not be by just any body/collision shop, but the shop should be familiar and skilled in fiberglass aftermarket products. All things listed are not uncommon of any company in regards to fiberglass aftermarket products, and if you feel that your product falls under defect, please refer to that section.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

Some products sold by VIS Racing Sports may not be legal for street use in all states. It is the purchasers’ responsibility to comply with applicable state or federal laws. All fiberglass or carbon fiber parts have no warranty. Any goods sold by VIS Racing Sports, Inc., other than as expressly provided in a written agreement between you and VIS Racing Sports, Inc. are sold “as-is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or the warranty of non-infringement of trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, patents, or other rights held by others.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

RSX Front Bumper Issues

The product looked good and was shipped in perfect condition. However the product was slightly too small for my vehicle. The product was able to be used but does not fit my car perfectly like promised.

Love This Bumper

This bumper made my cobalt look 10x different. It was a perfect fit just had to drill some holes and do some sanding and bam brand new look to the front of my car.

SLK230 Bumper Cover

VIS Racing® 97MER1702DET-001 - Euro Tech Style Fiberglass Front Bumper (Unpainted)

1. The bumper cover had a superficial crack in one edge which wasn't seen during initial inspection. Bondo reinforced the area around the crack. 2. The fiberglass does not bend nearly as much as the "plastic" OEM bumper cover so it is much more difficult to get the structural members to fit into it. 3. The screen covers over the air intake openings did not allow the structural members to fit into the cover. These had to be removed so the original items would fit. 4. We painted the bumper before fitting it which was a mistake. It needed to have some minor grinding done to fit the upper fender seam on the passenger side. But fitting it, then painting would double the time to install. 5. It looked acceptable, once in place.

Stalker Style Front Bumper Review

The product when I first opened the box looked great. Some minor sanding and prep work was need to paint it but that was to be expected. But overall I am very pleased with my bumper and how it turned out.

Honda Accord 07 Front Bumper (Custom)

VIS Racing® 03HDACC4DBX-001 - Ballistix Style Fiberglass Front Bumper (Unpainted)

I bought this for my 2007 Honda Accord which is in good shape except for my bumper that finally fell off. That's a whole different story but I had to get a new one and I didn't want the OEM part which would be the same. I wanted something different and stylish which brought me to CARiD and let me tell you!!!! I'm absolutely pleased with this product!! It looked just like the picture and my girlfriend had to sign for me due to me being over seas. I'm taking it to the shop and I can't wait. this is very stylish and will be a head turner for sure! Sporty Looking

This bumper is awesome! A little bit of fill, sand, paint, and a beetle is turning heads! It wasn't "that hard" to install. I was going to also buy the front lip but didn't...but my bumper actually also came with one so I'm glad I decided not to or I might have had an extra. The wait time was 10 days for me from order til shipping out. And I was called a day later to set up delivery, which was reliable, etc. I am very happy with the bumper,being able to do it without having professional help, how good my car looks now, and that I was not scammed on an internet sale!
