Vellano uses only aircraft grade T6 aluminum for our centers, non-corrosive stainless steel nuts and bolts for assembly, and CNC’d billet aluminum for our center cap, to assure that you will have the strongest and lightest wheels on your vehicle no matter which wheel size or pattern is selected. Forging creates a stronger and lighter metal structure than casting, which is essential as wheel weight magnifies with larger diameter sizes. Benefits of low weight you'll notice right away from the driver's seat are reduced wheel hop over potholes, lower effort steering, improved acceleration, and a more responsive braking feel. With exception of Monoblock series wheels, all wheels up to 24 inches in diameter are three-piece construction, and 26-inch wheels are two-piece construction. Vellano's innovative use of computer-aided design and digitally-controlled cutting and forging production processes ensure zero-tolerance perfection.
