Velgen Wheels offers a 5-year manufacturer warranty and lifetime structural warranty. Velgen’s warranty is only for the original purchaser. Please make sure all wheels are test fitted for proper fitment and brake clearance.
Everyone wants the stretched look, however stretched tires don’t give the wheel full support. Using improper tire size or tire fitment may cause damage to the wheels, resulting in a curb rash, bent, or cracked wheel. Improper tire fitment at high speed or cornering may even pull the bead from the wheel. It is up to the customer’s discretion to use an improper tire size.
Velgen is not responsible for installing incorrect tire sizes on your vehicle. Please make sure the shop/store has the correct mounting machines. Improper amount machine may cause damage to the wheel.
Velgen Wheels are low pressure cast wheels. Low pressure casting uses positive pressure to move the molten aluminum into the mold quicker and achieve a finished product that has improved mechanical properties (more dense) over a gravity cast wheel. Low-pressure casting has a slightly higher production cost over gravity casting. Low pressure is the most common process approved for aluminum wheels sold to the OEM market. Low-pressure cast wheels offer a good value for the aftermarket as well. Some companies offer wheels that are produced under a higher pressure in special casting equipment to create a wheel that is lighter and stronger than a wheel produced in low pressure. Once again in the quest for lighter weight, there is a higher cost associated with the process.
Velgen recommends the use of standard car soap and water. Velgen is not responsible for any stains or damage caused by chemicals, detergents, automatic car washes, polishing compounds, or coarse abrasives on Velgen Wheels. Velgen Wheels should not be cleaned while the wheels are hot. Using chemicals, detergents, polishing compounds, automatic car washes may cause stains on the wheels, that is not covered under warranty.
