Originally based in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Titan Fuel Tanks engineers and manufactures a broad scope of ultra-durable, extra-capacity aftermarket fuel tanks for trucks, including Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, and GMC vehicles. Right from the get-go, the developers of Titan Fuel Tanks have been designing lightweight fuel tanks that both fit fine and, what’s not less important, double the fuel range of a vehicle without sacrificing valuable cargo space in the truck bed.
Actually, Titan Fuel Tanks was given birth in 2003 as an answer to the frustration experienced by the diesel truck owners who found themselves spending hours searching for the next diesel stop, and thus limited as to destination. For those traveling fair distances or towing trailers, this meant more extra stops and filling up at the closest stations where the fuel often costs a bomb.

Each Titan fuel tank is made from military-grade, high density cross-linked polyethylene (aka XLHDPE), which is one of those space-age materials ensuring awesome performance in extremely high or low temperatures.
The engineering staff at Titan employs leading-edge technologies in the design process, including 3D computer aided design (CAD), 3D scanning, and finite element analysis (FEA) to ensure that each Titan gas tank meets the highest industry standards as well as expectations of savvy and demanding end-users. Thanks to the excellent properties of XLHDPE, Titan tanks are chemical resistant and very durable, which makes them virtually indestructible for years of sustained reliability. The term ‘cross-linked’ means that the molecular ‘chains’ of the polymer are chemically bonded together, forming a continuous three-dimensional structure. This allows the impact energy to be dissipated throughout the chain of molecules. Titan fuel tanks neither corrode nor create condensation, which makes them perfect solutions for bio-diesel applications.
